What we collect

An email address, which is required to use the product. Optionally a Solana wallet address, if you sign in with a wallet or link one. The coins on your watchlist, your alert settings, and your subscription status. Basic technical logs — request times, errors, and the like.

What we do not collect

No private keys, no seed phrases, no identity documents. There is no KYC step, because Tickset never touches your funds. We do not ask for your holdings or their size; a watchlist is a list of tickers, not a portfolio.

How we use it

To sign you in, to render your watchlist and alerts, to run your subscription, and to email you about your account. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Supabase stores accounts and watchlists on our behalf. DexScreener serves the public price data — we request quotes for tokens, not for users, so your watchlist is not disclosed to them. Payments settle on the Solana blockchain, which is public by design: the transfer that pays for Pro is visible to anyone, permanently, and we cannot change that.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists. Ask us to delete it and we will, minus anything already written to a public blockchain, which is beyond our reach.

Your choices

You can edit or clear your watchlist at any time, unlink a wallet, or ask for your account to be deleted.
