TICKSET

Support

Email ticksetapp@gmail.com and a human will answer. Please say which iPhone you are on and what you were doing. That is usually enough to skip a round trip.

My widget is not updating

Widgets refresh in the background on iOS’s schedule, not ours, and iOS decides whether each refresh happens. Every widget prints how old its number is, so a stale one is telling you the truth rather than failing quietly.

Opening the app, or tapping the widget, refreshes on demand. If a widget says “Nothing tracked” while your watchlist has coins in it, sign out and back in. That rebuilds the shared store the widget reads.

A coin shows no price, or stopped moving

Tickset reads public pool data. A token whose pool has drained, or which never migrated off a launchpad, has no honest price to show, and the app says so instead of printing a made-up 0.00%. That is the intended behaviour, not a bug.

I did not get my sign-in code

Codes arrive from an address at tickset.wtf and can land in spam. Ask for another after the cooldown on the sign-in screen. If two do not arrive, email us and we will look at the send log for your address.

Deleting your account

Settings → Delete account, in the app. It removes the account and everything hanging off it, your watchlist, your settings and your alerts, in one statement, and it cannot be undone. You do not have to ask us, and we cannot restore it afterwards.

Turning off notifications

Settings → Turn off alerts deletes every alert you have set. Tickset sends nothing you would see unless you have set one.

Billing

Tickset is free to use. A paid account is arranged on this website and is not sold in the app. Questions about an account: ticksetapp@gmail.com.
